The apartment, of about 160 sq. m., is situated on the third floor of a Palazzetto d'Epoca dating back to 1926. There is a lift. Elegant and full of light, characterised by modern and comfortable furnishings that have been personally cared for by the owners, it offers a warm and cosy ambience with precious paintings and period furniture. The wooden floors in every room are a reminder of the history of this part of the city. Although it is located in the heart of the Trastevere district, which is lively and full of traditions, characteristic bars and restaurants famous for Roman cuisine, it is particularly quiet as it is surrounded by private gardens full of greenery and overlooking the ancient papal walls.
It has a large living and dining area. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast table.
Three bedrooms each with their own bathroom: a perfect solution for a teenager or an extra guest who wishes to maintain their privacy. The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower cubicle and window. The studio room has a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed (140x200) and a small en-suite bathroom with sink and toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with a bathroom with bathtub, which also serves as a shower, and window. The flat is also equipped with a washing machine and clothesline.
All rooms are equipped with a fan and Wi-Fi is available to all guests. The flat is equipped with air conditioning that covers the living room, kitchen and one of the bedrooms.

Piazza San Cosimato daily fruit and vegetale market offers a real experience of a traditional disctrict market. Hospitality in Trastevere is just a short walk from Rome’s major landmarks, including the Piazza Trilussa, the Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, the Gianicolo Hill, and Campo de’ Fiori.
Tram/Bus nr 8 from Bernardino da Feltre stop takes you to Piazza Venezia stop. Piazza Venezia is the centre of the city.
