As a Cribmed Affiliate Partner you can promote our furnished rental listings and earn 20% commission on the Cribmed Service Fee whenever a tenant books through your referral.
Everything is tracked automatically and you can monitor your activity from your Partner Dashboard.
1. Your Partner Dashboard
After signing up, you will have access to your Partner Dashboard where you can:
- View your referral clicks
- See bookings generated from your referrals
- Track your commissions
- Download monthly commission statements
- Upload your invoice for payment
- Copy your partner widget code
2. Your Partner Widget
Your dashboard provides your Cribmed Partner Widget code.
Simply paste this code into your website where you would like Cribmed listings to appear.
The widget will automatically display available properties and track your referrals.
3. How Referral Tracking Works
When someone clicks a Cribmed listing through your website:
- A partner cookie is stored in the user's browser.
- The cookie remains active for 60 days.
- If the user books any property within those 60 days, the booking is credited to you.
Important: Last Click Wins
If a user clicks more than one Cribmed partner link, the most recent partner link they clicked will receive the commission.
This means attribution may change if the user later clicks another partner’s link before booking. The latest valid partner referral within the 60-day cookie period is the one credited.
Your commission is 20% of the Cribmed Service Fee for that booking.
4. Commission Status
You can track commissions in your dashboard.
Pending
The booking has been confirmed or the tenant has checked in, but the funds have not yet been released.
Eligible
The booking funds have been released to the landlord and Cribmed. The commission is now eligible and will appear in the next monthly statement.
Paid
Cribmed has paid the commission to you.
5. When Commissions Become Eligible
Commissions become Eligible only when booking funds are released.
This occurs when the booking reaches Paid Out status.
The commission month is determined by the date the funds are released, not by the booking date or the check-in date.

6. Monthly Commission Statements
Cribmed generates monthly commission statements.
These statements include all commissions that became Eligible during that month.
At the start of each month:
- Your statement will be created
- You will receive an email notification
- The statement will appear in your dashboard
You can download the statement from the Statements section.
7. Issuing Your Invoice
The statement is not an invoice.
To receive payment you must:
- Download the commission statement
- Issue your invoice to Cribmed
- Upload your invoice in the partner dashboard
Once uploaded, our team will review the invoice and process payment.

9. Sales Tax / VAT
Cribmed will pay the exact commission amount shown on the statement.
If you are required to charge sales tax or VAT, you must reverse calculate your invoice so the tax is included within the commission amount.
Sales tax cannot be added on top of the commission amount.
10. Payment Schedule
Partner commissions are paid not before the 20th of each month.
Once payment has been processed you will receive a payment confirmation email.
Your statement status will also change to Paid in your dashboard.
