Cribmed Affiliate Partner Guide
Everything you need to know about promoting Cribmed, tracking your referrals, and receiving your commissions.
1. Your Partner Dashboard
After signing up, you can access your Partner Dashboard to:
- View referral clicks
- Track bookings generated
- Monitor commissions
- Download monthly statements
- Upload invoices
- Copy your widget code
2. Your Partner Widget
Your personal Cribmed widget will be available in your dashboard after signup.
Once you sign up, you can copy your widget code and embed it on your website to start earning commissions.
3. How Referral Tracking Works
- A tracking cookie is stored when a user clicks your link
- The cookie remains active for 60 days
- If the user books within 60 days, you receive the commission
Important: Last Click Wins
If a user clicks multiple partner links, the most recent partner link they clicked will receive the commission.
This works both ways — even if you were not the first to introduce the user, you can still earn the commission if your link is the last one they clicked before booking.
Your commission is 20% of the Cribmed Service Fee.

5. When Commissions Become Eligible
Commissions become eligible only when booking funds are released to the landlord and Cribmed.
The commission month is based on the funds release date, not the booking or check-in date.
6. Monthly Commission Statements
- Generated at the start of each month
- Include all Eligible commissions
- Available in your dashboard
- Email notification sent when ready
7. Issuing Your Invoice
- Download your statement
- Create your invoice
- Upload it in your dashboard

9. Sales Tax / VAT
Cribmed pays the exact commission amount shown. Any VAT must be included within that amount, not added on top.
10. Payment Schedule
Payments are made not before the 20th of each month.
