The apartment is in an early 1940's restored building, very elegant, safe and quiet, with common garden.
It's a charming, colorful and modern Studio, with living room, BRAND NEW DOUBLE BED with latex mattress, kitchen corner, bathroom with shower.
Furthermore, as a plus, there is a small outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, where you can have your coffee or relax after visiting Rome.
Studio is 100% NO SMOKING, but you can smoke outside!
For long term rent, we request a mandatory cleaning every 2 weeks, provided by a professional staff, paid by guests.
Private entrance from the garden, you will not share the Studio with anyone else!

The lovely and cozy ORANGE STUDIO WITH OUTDOOR SPACE, is in the heart of Rome, near the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and many other tourist sites such as Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano.
It is in the pleasant residential Esquilino neighborhood, one of the seven hills of Rome, where you can appreciate the REAL roman way-of-life, and just a short walk from Termini train station, connected no-stop with both airports.
At walking distance there is a wide choice of restaurants, the oldest italian Gelato (Ice Cream) Factory is behind the corner, and many shops, groceries cafés and parks are nearby as well.
Besides being very convenient for walking towards many tourists spots, the apartment is ideally situated to use public transportation as it is only 100 meters from Manzoni Metro Station and lots of buses lines. It is just two metro stops to Termini station, 5 stops to Trevi's Fountain and 8 stops to Vatican-St.Peter (15' from home).
