Monti neighbourhood, one of the most sought-after district in Rome historical
centre. The entrance to the building (hallway) has just been renovated and is
now bright and elegant!

The flat was completely renovated few years ago. It is 113 sqm.

An accessible attic provides large storage facility.
Facilities
Washing machine, TV, fridge with large freezer, microwave oven, toaster,
dishes, pots, kitchen utensils, tablecloths... Vacuum cleaner, ironing board +
iron, clothesline.
Bed linen and towels can be provided on demand.
Independent heating with radiators and AC in all rooms.
Monti is the trendiest area in Rome at the moment. The area is surrounded
by restaurants, wine bars, shops, fashion, design, etc.
Colosseum and Fori Imperiali are at 5 min walk at the end of Via Cavour.
Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Spagna, Campo de’
fiori at 15-20 min walk.
Within a short walking distance is the subway stop line B, Cavour and
Colosseo; within 600m is the central Termini Train Station, with metro subway
lines A and B and trains for all destinations in Italy and for the two airports;
the bus terminals are also at Termini; from Via Nazionale and Via Cavour
several buses go straight to the historical center.
