Easy commuting distance to Rome by car or train. 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, double living room, fabulous country kitchen, two fireplaces. Terracotta tiled floors throughout and ceilings are all either exposed beams, brick vaults or coffered. A house full of character and perfect for a family. Outside eating area covered by a pergola, spacious garden, barbecue and pizza oven, great pool (uncovered) with solar shower and ample sunbathing space.
Two very friendly donkeys, Sofia and Carmela, live on the olive grove.
EXCLUSIVE USE
This is a large villa officially divided into two with both properties being fully self-contained and equipped.
Only one property can be rented at a time unless by you, to offer full privacy.
Tranquil country area, surrounded by farm land, especially olive trees, but still very close to Monterotondo and Rome. Small towns with excellent choice of restaurants and bars are all very close, great place for walking, biking and bringing up children.
In the closer vicinity, there is a small supermarket, pharmacy, gas station, and bar all within a 5-minute drive.
Train station is 5 minutes drive away and trains run every 15 minutes to central Rome. Journey takes 20 minutes, first rate service.
Parking is plentiful at the house and also at the train station.
