Welcome to this cozy studio apartment, located in the heart of Trastevere, the medieval heart of Rome .
It ‘ is hard to describe the vibe but you can truly feel that this place as history , dating as far as back to1500.:The beautiful and irregular “ cotto” flooring from 500 years, the bricks on the walls and ceiling, the wood-beam ceiling and a piece of original fireplace
The studio has a classic design that perfectly blends comfort and timeless elegance.
Consisting of an entrance /living room area with a small but functional kitchenette , a sofa ( sofa bed) and large bookshelf serves to cut off a portion of that room to make a niche for a comfortable French-size bed( with a brand new mattress) facing a wardrobe and with two big drawers underneath.
Opposite the bed there is a small bathroom ( with shower , no tube)
The studio overlooks a lush green condominium courtyard, where you can enjoy your morning capuccino or a glass of wine after a day of study or work sitting at a small litlle white table.
You will be surrounded by bars, restaurants, local markets and historical monuments.
The studio door is reinforced.
There are video surveillance cameras at the entrance of the building and in the courtyard.
The contract is for a maximum of 3 months, but extendable.
The price INCLUDES cleaning and change of sheets and towels every 2 weeks.
