A 10 min walk to Ponte Sublicio, the bridge that takes you down to the cycling/running paths on lungotevere.

Testaccio is a charming neighborhood across the river from Trastevere. Full of great restaurants, wine bars, gelaterias, clothing stores, and plenty of supermarkets. Well connected to public transport (buses, trams, metros and trains to the historic center and FCO airport).

    • Monthly rent. The landlord will inform you by which payment method.

    Check-out (Refunded by the landlord)

    • Security Deposit refunded pending no damages or excess utility consumption. Payment is usually received no longer than 30 days after check-out.
