    • Security Deposit refunded pending no damages or excess utility consumption. Payment is usually received no longer than 30 days after check-out.

    Our stay at the Borgo Pio apartment was pleasant. Filipo was accommodating, and the apartment was nicely furnished. The location near the Vatican and two nearby grocery stores was convenient. We would heartily recommend it.
