The property is available with a living room with separate kitchen, bioclimatic greenhouse, double bedroom, bathroom, large equipped livable balcony, complete with laundry area; on the upper floor, with the possibility of independent access, we find a second room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and two terraces with panoramic views. Our formulas include an "All Inclusive" rental, both with reference to newly made, never used furnishings and equipment, flat internet and Smart-TV, assistance and maintenance service with 24-hour call. Possibility of a three-room attic apartment!
The neighborhood has a high population density, but life in the neighborhood is rather quiet and there is a strong neighborhood community, it is close to neighborhoods that have a very high density of restaurants, pubs, nightclubs such as Pigneto and a little further down is the San Lorenzo district.
As for connections, the neighborhood is served by numerous bus lines and by line B of the Rome metro, with the Tiburtina station, line C with the Pigneto stop just a few minutes away. Furthermore, the area is well connected to the main road arteries, including the A24 motorway which connects Rome to L'Aquila.
