    • This remains in our escrow account until after you check-in and inspect your new home.

    Due at check-in (Directly to the landlord)

    • Security deposit.

    Due every 30 days after check-in (Directly to landlord)

    • Monthly rent. The landlord will inform you by which payment method.

    Check-out (Refunded by the landlord)

    • Security Deposit refunded pending no damages or excess utility consumption. Payment is usually received no longer than 30 days after check-out.
