Bright living room with a small balcony, a kitchen corner (w. fridge, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, rice cooker, and juicer), sofa bed & TV, 1 double bedroom + 1 studio /single bedroom (with a desk, printer and a single bed), high speed WiFi, AC, and an independent heating system. The bathroom has a bathtub.
10 min walk to Trastevere Station from which you can easily Termini station and Fiumicino airport. Well connected to the WFP, FAO.
Pets or smoking indoors are not allowed.

Plenty of restaurants, cafes, gyms, supermarkets around, also a well known Mediterranean style farmer’s market (San Giovanni di Dio market) where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, meat and flowers at 7 min walk.

2 min walk to buses and tram 8 that takes you to the heart of Trastevere, Campo de Fiori and Piazza Venezia. 10 min walk to Trastevere station (trains to Fiumicino airport, Termini station, Ostiense /Piramide metro), 12 min walk to Quattro Venti train station.

    Check-out (Refunded by the landlord)

    • Security Deposit refunded pending no damages or excess utility consumption. Payment is usually received no longer than 30 days after check-out.
