The kitchen is large and fully equipped with fridge, hob, electric oven, boiler. The kitchen leads to the large terrace that surrounds the house. The apartment has two entrances both from the garden and from the internal courtyard.
The apartment is located within an area of villas all enclosed by hedges.
The apartment is located in front of the Palo Park where it is possible to take beautiful walks.
You can reach the sea in a few minutes with a free beach and also equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs.

Dal giardino si accede con pochi gradini alla veranda coperta e dalla veranda si accede all'appartamento completamente arredato.

Ampio salone composto dal tavolo rustico con panca e sedie, un comodo divano letto molto comodo per una persona, una credenza e il mobile con televisione, impianto di condizionamento.
L'appartamento è composto da due grandi camere da letto con letti matrimoniali king size, armadio, como' e televisione in ogni camera.
La camera più grande ha un bagno interno con doccia.
Un altro grande bagno si trova tra le due camere da letto ed è dotato di vasca e lavatrice.
La cucina è ampia e tutta accessoriata con frigorifero, piano cottura,forno elettrico, boiler.Dalla cucina si accede all'ampio terrazzo che circonda la casa. L'appartamento ha due entrate sia dal giardino che dal cortile interno.
L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un comprensorio di ville tutto e' recintato da siepi.
L'appartamento è disposto di fronte al Parco di Palo dove è possibile fare belle passeggiate.
Si arriva al mare in pochi minuti con spiaggia libera e anche attrezzata con ombrelloni e sdraio.
Appena fuori L'appartamento c'è un piccolo parco giochi attrezzato per i bambini

The neighborhood where the apartment is located is quiet and surrounded by tall trees.
Next to the residence there is a sports center with an outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts. In front of the apartment, crossing the road, you arrive in the park of Palo Laziale for walks in the countryside.
The neighborhood has a large supermarket, bars and restaurants, pizzerias, household items shops, a petrol station, tobacconist and pharmacy, a news stand.

Il quartiere dove è situato l'appartamento è silenzioso e circondato da alberi ad alto fusto.
Accanto al residence c'è un centro sportivo dotato di piscina scoperta e campi da tennis. Di fronte all'appartamento attraversando la strada si arriva nel parco di Palo Laziale per passeggiate nel verde.
Il quartiere è dotato di un grande supermercato, bar e ristoranti, pizzerie, negozi di articoli per la casa, un distributore di benzina, tabaccaio e farmacia, una edicola per giornali.
