The unit consists of bedroom, two bathrooms - one en suite - kitchen, study room and large living room with balcony and terrace.

The prestigious late 19th-century Art Nouveau building has its entrance on the green Piazza Mazzini, and the house is quiet as it overlooks the adjacent streets and frescoed buildings.

Thanks to the comfortable sofa bed in the studio, the apartment can accommodate four people.

In the living room there is a piano to play. Upon request it is possible to have a second double sofa bed set up in this room.

Neighbourhood

The building overlooks the junction point of the neighborhood - Mazzini Square: a green circular square at the center of which is a large “garden-fountain” inspired by the classical nymphaeum model.
The neighborhood is elegant and well-kept, with wide tree-lined boulevards. There are courts, schools, universities and offices, and all sorts of stores and commercial, recreational and dining activities. It is, however, an area that is rather quiet in the evenings.
We are about a 15-minute walk from the Vatican and 30 minutes from Piazza Navona and the heart of the city center.

Local Transport and Parking

The area is served by metro line A (Lepanto station) and many bus lines (30 - 70 - 280 - 913 - 628 - 87 - 990 - 81 - 492).

You can find car sharing (Enjoy) and scooter sharing (eCooltra) services.
