Nicely furnished 75m2 penthouse, 15 minutes walk from the Metro stop and 5 minutes walk from the Pineta Sacchetti. All services within 500 m.
ideal for 2-4 people but can also accommodate 6 (3 double bed only for more than 4 days and by paying an additional fee)
4th floor WITHOUT elevator. Very quiet neighborhood. Our apartment is very quiet and silent and in summer you can sunbathe on the terrace (last floor) even naked!!

my flat is in a very calm and safe area close to a nice pinewood (Pineta Sacchetti)

Local Transport and Parking

in 15 minute walking you can reach the Subway station and from there in 15 minutes be in the center of Rome (or anyway using the differet subway lines you can reach most relevant part of Rome)
in 4 minutes walking you can reach the bus station that offer other routes.

I dont suggest to use the car in Rome (I dont) . The park is free on the street close to my building. There is the possibility to securely park a bike or a scooter ( I could also rent a scooter)

    • Security Deposit refunded pending no damages or excess utility consumption. Payment is usually received no longer than 30 days after check-out.
