A two bedrooms, two bathrooms apartment refurbished with care and quality (conceived to be our family home before a temporary relocation for working reason). Located on the fourth floor with elevator, it also offers a terrace and a balcony. Extremely bright all day thanks to windows on three sides of the apartment. The neighbourhood is delightful with a supermarket a few minutes by foot and the famous Momart - aperativo cafe and restaurant. You have the choice of 2 metro stops (Line B) to get connected to the city centre S.Agnese or Bologna.
The neighborhood is lively and nice. The street where the apartment is located is very quite but being close to to Piazza Bologna, Corso Trieste and Viale Libia, there are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and night life if that's what you are in search of.
Nearby there is also a supermarket open 24/7.
Perfectly located for somebody looking for a place nearby the LUISS University, since the apartment is few meters away from the LUISS Business School.
The closest metro stations are Piazza Bologna and Sant'Agnese/Annibaliano on the line B, which connects you directly to the main train stations Termini and Tiburtina as well as the Colosseum and the centre of Rome.
If you prefer the bus to the metro, numerous buses are available on the nearby via Nomentana that will bring you to the Center of Rome. Importantly they ride on a preferred bus lane on via Nomentana which will spare your commute from traffic jams.
