This newly renovated apartment is located on the 5th floor and it's very bright. It consists of two entrances, a kitchen with living room, two bedrooms (each with private bathroom) and a living room.
The rooms are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning. The apartment has a Wi-Fi connection and a television antenna. The living room has a TV and a sofa bed.
The kitchen is complete and in one of the bathrooms, there is a washing machine. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers, complete with soap, shower gel, linen, hairdryer.

L'alloggio si trova al 5° piano ed è molto luminoso. Appena rinnovato, è composto da un luminosissimo e caratteristico soggiorno con angolo cottura, due camere da letto con bagno privato ciascuna.
Le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata calda e fredda. L'appartamento ha una connessione Wi-Fi e un'antenna televisiva. Il soggiorno ha uno schermo TV e un divano letto.
La cucina è completa ed in uno dei due bagni si trova la lavatrice. Ci sono due bagni, entrambi con cabina doccia, completi di sapone, gel doccia, biancheria, asciugacapelli.
It is very close to both Villa Pamphili and Villa Sciarra, therefore it enjoys a central position, but excellent for those who love greenery as well as tranquility. All services are nearby, transport, bars, restaurants and pizzerias of excellent quality at fair prices, markets and supermarkets for shopping, renowned ice cream shops and pastry shops, wine bars, pubs and restaurants of excellent quality. Only a couple of km separate it from Trastevere.

E' vicinissima sia a Villa Pamphili che a Villa Sciarra, gode quindi di una posizione centrale, ma ottima per chi ama il verde e i grandi parchi, oltre che la tranquillità. Tutti i servizi sono nelle vicinanze, trasporti, bar, ristoranti e pizzerie di ottima qualità a prezzi equi, mercati e supermercati per lo shopping, rinomate gelaterie e pasticcerie, enoteche, pub e ristoranti di ottima qualità.Solo un paio di km la separano dalla centrale e gioiosa area di Trastevere.
