The spacious 3 bedrooms apartment is located in Tufello, outside of the chaos of the city center, while in close reach to every part of Rome thanks to the proximity of the Jonio Metro B station.
The house is a perfect fit for a long stay in Rome with space for many guests and good connections to the rest of the city.
It's a great match for remote working too, as it's easy to transform one of the 3 rooms into a studio.
All the 3 bedrooms can accommodate up to 2 guests, with a desk, one of the room has a queen size bed and access to the west facing balcony, while the other 2 are more spacious, with a king size bed.
The single hallway connects the 3 bedrooms, the bathroom, with the kitchen and living room complete the common area with access to another east facing balcony.
The house also has a private deposit unit at the ground floor.
The house is at the 5th floor, with no elevator, furnished with a complete kitchen, dish washer, washing machine, wi-fi with fast fiber optic connection.
The position of the house is in the hystorical area of the Tufello, builded in the 1920, and famous for being the background to many italian movies, like Oscar winner De Sica's "Ladri di Biciclette".
Now is a thriving area with many services, first of all the metro B access, which goes directly to Termini ,the main station of Rome, or to the city center, just in front of the Colloseum.
Alternatively it's close to the express line 90 or it's possible to find one of the many bike/car sharing services of Rome.
It's also close to 2 markets, a public pool with gym and Library.
Access To the B line, connection to the A and C Lines gives access to all the city.
The express bus line 90 gives quick access to Termini.
The area is well equipped with bike, scooters and car sharing services.
Getting a car would highly increase your stay in Rome, the area around the house is full of parking spots, and the Tangenziale, the main road to move around Rome, is 5 minutes away from the house with the car.
