On the right there is the second room, where there is a living room with television, sofa',chests, dining table and big window.
On the same level there is a bathroom with shower, and on the mezzanine floor the second double bed.
All the rooms are very bright and, if desired, totally independent.
We remind you that the apartment is entirely available to guests who book, nothing is shared.
Each room has its own air-conditioning and heating.
The building is equipped with a video intercom and two cameras at the entrance, for a complete security .
Despite being centrally located, the apartment overlooks the building's internal courtyard, ensuring greenery and tranquillity.
A transitional contract is foreseen , justified by documents.
The apartment, located on the ground floor with independent entrance, is very central and completely renovated. It is a few meters from the metro stop, (Lepanto) 3 min. and (Ottaviano) 5 min.and many bus stops to reach any point of historical interest.
On via Crescenzio, 5 min walking from the apartment, you can take shuttle to Fiumicino airport.
You will stay in Piazza Dei Quiriti, on foot you can reach San Pietro, Castel S. Angelo, Borgo, Piazza del Popolo etc. in less than 5 minutes.
