BOOKING REQUEST

When a potential Tenant is interested in your property they will send you a Booking Request through the Crib Med online platform. You will receive an email with a link to our site to view the the Booking Request with information such as the monthly rate, the check in and check out dates, how many people. You will also be able to look at their profile to see where they are from and some general information about them for example, what they will do here. We can relay any extra questions you may have. Landlords also have the option to give them a special offer.

ACCEPT REQUEST

When the Landlord accepts the Booking Request, the Tenant can pay the Down Payment online (1st month rent + the Crib Med Service Fee). When the Tenant pays the Down-Payment the 1st month rent is held in escrow and transferred to the Landlord 48 hours after Check-In. The Request is now confirmed and full communication opens between Landlord and Tenant.

CHECK-IN

At Check-In after inspection of the property, the Tenant must pay the owner the Security Deposit. The contract, future rent payments, Security Deposit payment (and refund) and key exchange are arranged between the Landlord and the tenant directly. TransferWise is a trusted option. For bookings 3 months + a Crib Med representative will be present at check in to help with any translation needed to explain how the apartment works etc.

VIEWINGS

For request of 3 months + if the potential Tenant would like to view the property before booking, and it is convenient for you, this is possible and a Crib Med representative will attend this meeting to assist in any way they can, translation for example.
