The entire building has undergone maintenance works a few months ago. The apartment has been recently renewed and was repainted back in 2019.
Heating is centralized and is floor heating.
The building has a huge garden with benches, trees, barbecue, toys, etc.
It is located on a very quiet street, but at 5 mins walk all major services are reachable (supermarket, shops, public transport, etc.). Located in a private road.
The apartment is located in Aurelia neighborhood on a private road with a bar separating to the public road, so it is full of parking. The apartment has anyway a private spot in the garage.
It is located 10 mins (1 km) walking distance to both metro Battistini and metro Cornelia. Very handy to catch the metro, also only a 5 mins drive to GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare highway).
