Montelibretti, Moricone and Palombara Sabina are all close by for good restaurants, supermarkets and schools. Great place for walking, bike rides, horse riding.
Local train station (Pianabella di Montelibretti) is 5 minutes drive away, trains run to Rome (and Fiumicino airport) every 15 minutes. Excellent service. Loads of parking at the station, and at the villa.
