*There is a story told in the neighborhood of Trastevere, that the artist Raphael lived in this building. Who knows? Anyway we are in a building from the 15th Century.

*With Scandinavian styling throughout, there is a very comfortable living space furnished with a sofa-bed. The apartment has an openness to it, with high ceilings and a fan. There is a staircase leading to a loft above, with a queen-sized bed. There is also a separate well-equipped kitchen and an updated bathroom.

Neighbourhood

*Set in the heart of Trastevere, which is like a small village in the middle of the city. Many artists prefer to live in this area. One of the oldest basilicas in Rome, Santa Maria in Trastevere, is a few blocks away. Also very close is Villa Farnesina, with Raphael frescos.

    • Monthly rent. The landlord will inform you by which payment method.

    Check-out (Refunded by the landlord)

    • Security Deposit refunded pending no damages or excess utility consumption. Payment is usually received no longer than 30 days after check-out.
