*Guests have access and use of entire apartment, including kitchen, dishes, pots and pans and gated parking space. All bedding and towels are provided.

*During your stay, I will be available by cell phone, text messages and email for any questions or needs. There will also be someone in town (myself or partner) for check-in and any other needs.

    Due at check-in (Directly to the landlord)

    • Security deposit.

    Due every 30 days after check-in (Directly to landlord)

    • Monthly rent. The landlord will inform you by which payment method.

    Check-out (Refunded by the landlord)

    • Security Deposit refunded pending no damages or excess utility consumption. Payment is usually received no longer than 30 days after check-out.
