Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers a confortable solution for a couple or a family (it was our family place, where our kids grew-up until we moved back to Puglia in southern Italy). The flat has a large open-plan living room, which integrates the living area with the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances.
One of the apartment’s features is a nice and good sized balcony, which is accessible from the living room and provides a private outdoor space to enjoy meals and relax. The terrace overlooks the private gardens of a neighboring building.
Both bedrooms are generously sized, providing ample storage and comfort. Both present king-sized beds. The master bedroom has spacious a walk-in closet. The two bathrooms are well-appointed with modern fixtures.
Montesacro is a neighborhood in Rome located in the northeast part of the city, about 10 km from the historic center. It is a quiet residential area, known for its more relaxed atmosphere compared to the central neighborhoods, but still well connected by public transportation. If you are looking for a less touristy Roman experience or if you need to work in Rome for some time, Montesacro is a great choice.
Here you can walk without the chaos of the city, but still have all the necessary services, such as shops, supermarkets and restaurants. An important landmark is the Parco delle Valli, a large green space where people come to jog, walk or simply relax, which also connects to the wider regional park named "Parco dell'Aniene".
Montesacro has an interesting history: it was born as a neighborhood of villas and terraced houses in the early decades of the twentieth century and was built in order to offer some greenery and a better quality of life than other areas of the city.
If you are looking for a place to live or visit that offers the right balance between tranquility and accessibility, Montesacro could be the ideal choice.
The neighborhood is very well served by public transportation: the B1 metro line stops of Conca d'Oro and Jonio are walking distance from almost anywhere in Montescacro connecting it to the city center (for example connecting directly with Termini or Colosseo stations). There are also numerous express bus lines (number 60 and 80) that make getting to town easy and reasonably quick.
