The apartment features an elegant entrance hall, two spacious bedrooms, a smaller bedroom, a large living area, and a fully equipped and spacious eat-in kitchen. The true highlight of the property is the amazing views of Rome from the balcony and a scenic view of the beautiful countryside from every window of the apartment. There is a quaint garden with an outdoor eating area that is shared with three other apartments. A parking spot within the property is included in the rent price.
The apartment is located in the countryside in the heart of Castelli Romani National Park next to Albano Lake . Although, it feels nestled in nature it's a five-minute drive to either Castel Gandolfo or Marino. It is nearby to two English-speaking schools, 5 minutes from Children's Castle International, and 10 minutes from Castle International.
Cotral bus stop is outside the Villa. The Marino train station is 5 minutes by car. It takes 30 minutes to reach the Rome center.
