NOW LET’S INCREASE YOUR CHANCES THAT THE LANDLORD WILL ACCEPT

You have just sent the Landlord a booking request. In a few short moments, the Landlord will hopefully Pre-Approve your Booking Request. Before they do, Landlords like to know as much as possible about you, their future Tenant, and what you will be doing in their city. They will check your user profile for this, so if you haven’t already done this you should update your profile immediately with the following information:

  • Profile image
  • Age
  • Nationality
  • Profession
  • Reason for stay
  • Who will stay in the apartment
  • Billing Address – This MUST be completed before you can pay and confirm your booking. Go to your Dashboard – My Profile and scroll halfway down the page.
