People dream of visiting or moving to Italy just so they could spend some time and money in the land of fashion and design. Milan and Rome are the centers of Italy’s fashion scene, from high end luxury brands signed by world famous designers to small independent made in Italy boutiques, Italy has it all. Rome’s historical city center is filled with clothing brands, from high-end to low budget, but you will also find bars, restaurants and hotels all at service for the tourists. Therefore, if you are looking for more variety in terms of clothing brands or sports equipment; you are renting an apartment in Rome and need to furnish it with kitchenware, appliances you will not find these in the city center. Luckily, there are a few shopping malls in Rome we can suggest and you will definitely find what you need there!

Porta di Roma www.portadiroma.it

Located in Via Alberto Lionello, 201, 00139 Roma (RM) is one of the biggest shopping malls in Rome. Here you will find many Italian and foreign clothing brands, and children’s brands specialized, but also a huge supermarket, tech stores such as Apple, a number of stores where you can find everything for your new apartment, IKEA among others. As expected, there is a vast food area where you can take a break and still enjoy a delicious slice of pizza or pasta.

Euroma2 http://www.euroma2.it

In the Roman southern area of Eur, in Viale dell’Oceano Pacifico, 83 you will find Euroma2, elegant and enormous shopping mall. Enjoy the interior while strolling through numerous stores or take a break and choose one of many restaurants, Chinese-Japanese, steak house, pizzerias etc. You can reach the mall by metro (line B stop Eur – Fermi) and from there take the bus 070 / 700 / 709 and get off at Colombo/Pacifico stop.

Roma Est http://romaest.cc

Roma Est, located as the name implies on the eastern side of Rome, in Via Collatina, is another shopping mall that besides usual clothing brands offers a variety of stores for the house such as Kasanova, Satur to name a few. From the train station Ponte di Nona there is a shuttle bus that takes you directly to Roma Est and it runs from 11.00-22.00.

Da Vinci http://www.parcocommercialedavinci.com

Close to Fiumicino Airport, in Via Geminiano Montanari, 00054 Piana del Sole you will find a shopping mall Da Vinci. Here the stores are not too many but you will find a good selection of furniture stores such as Maisons du Monde, Mondo Convenienza, Leroy Merlin.

Castel Romano Designer Outlet https://www.mcarthurglen.com/

Located in Via Ponte di Piscina Cupa 64, 00128 Castel Romano this outdoor shopping mall is actually a designer outlet, the closest one to Rome. Here you can find Italian and foreign luxury brands on sales. You can reach Castel Romano by shuttle bus leaving from Via Marsala 71 (Termini train station) at 9.30 / 9.55 / 10.30 or from Via Ludovisi 48 at 9.30 every day.

Opening hours Saturday - Sunday: 10am – 9pm
